ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARD

What?

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a Three days training camp for students of class VIII to class XII who will be joining college in the coming years, and are ready to exhibit their leadership potential. Participants learn from several Rotarians and other leaders, do a self-assessment of their leadership skills, engage in civic responsibility activities, and work in small groups on thought-provoking and challenging projects. Most of all participants have fun, make lifelong friendships during games, learn & grow while enjoying the games, social time, and more.

Who?

RYLA results in all round development pf all the participants and will best benefit those who are seeking ways to develop themselves as leaders. We encourage participants who are in the early stages of self-discovery, and are required to put leadership into practice by serving their schools and communities. We focus on leadership, community service, civic engagement and many more facets for development of participants. While RYLA is a Rotary-sponsored program, it is not necessary to have a family member in Rotary to attend.

Why?

RYLA connects you with leaders in your community and around the world to:

  • Build communication and problem-solving skills
  • Discover strategies for becoming a dynamic leader in your school or community
  • Learn from community leaders, inspirational speakers, and peer mentors
  • Unlock your potential to turn motivation into action
  • Have fun and form lasting friendships

Where & When?

RYLA will be hosted at the

Khandelwal Sewa Sadan, Mathura from January 06-08, 2023.

It will be a residential camp and the participants will stay here throughout the program.
